Iced Pumpkin Cold Foam Matcha

Ingredients

For the Pumpkin Cold Foam

  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree

  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice

  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup (adjust to taste)

For the Matcha

  • 1–2 tsp matcha powder

  • ¼ cup warm water

  • Ice cubes

Instructions

Pumpkin Cold Foam

  1. In a mason jar, combine heavy cream, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, and maple syrup.

  2. Use a handheld frother or whisk until the mixture becomes light and foamy.

Matcha

  1. Sift matcha powder into a mason jar or glass.

  2. Add warm water and whisk until smooth and foamy.

  3. Fill the jar with ice and pour in the matcha.

  4. Spoon the pumpkin cold foam on top and serve immediately.
